“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8

“For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.” Matthew 25:35-36

The Evangelism Ministry at Selah Ministries is at the heart of our church mission, which is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism and outreach initiatives that will impact families, communities and the world.

Selah Ministries will be a witness for the Gospel of Jesus Christ to families and to the community. We will do this by facilitating outreach events and activities that mandate God’s purpose for the Church and the world, while praying for the souls of people and laborers in the vineyard. It is our desire to win the lost for Jesus Christ and disciple and equip our members in purposeful evangelism.

Prison Team:
The Prison Team visits male and female prisons, along with Juvenile facilities to bring hope to the hopeless and bring purpose and truth in the midst of darkness.

Canvas/Witness Team:
Our Canvassing and Witness Team fulfill the great commission of the Church, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” We believe in taking the Gospel to individuals who otherwise would not come to church to hear it.

Hospital/Nursing and Convalescent Homes:
Ministering to the sick and shut-in, elderly and special needs children was always what Jesus sought to do. Selah Ministries takes the Gospel to individuals who are physically unable to come to church to hear it.

Homeless and Food Pantry:
Selah Ministries understands that when an individual receives help while they are sick, hungry, thirsty or naked, that inasmuch as we do it for one of the least of these, that we do it for Jesus.
